Shipping policy

To estimate the total delivery time, please allow up to 48h for order preparation, in addition to the transit times listed below.
During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (CET), excluding public holidays. No shipments are made on weekends.

FRANCE

Standard shipping (2 to 4 business days)
€10 – Free for orders over €300
Taxes included. No additional charges upon delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION

DHL Express (1 to 3 business days)
€25 – Free for orders over €300
Standard (2 to 8 business days)
€15 – Free for orders over €300
Taxes and duties included. No charges on delivery.*
*Except in countries such as Greece, Romania, or Poland, where local regulations may apply.

UNITED STATES

DHL Express (2 to 5 business days)
$25 – Free for orders over $400
No import taxes for orders under $800.

SWITZERLAND

Standard shipping (3 to 6 business days)
€20 – Free for orders over €300

DOM-TOM (French overseas territories)

Standard International (2 to 8 business days)
€20 – Free for orders over €300

REST OF THE WORLD

DHL Express (3 to 5 business days)
€35 – Free for orders over €400

Verification & Shipping

Please ensure that your billing address and contact details match those linked to your payment method.
Any discrepancies may result in manual verification and delay the shipment.
Also make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct (postal code, city, country).

Order Tracking

Orders are shipped within 48h (up to 5 business days during peak periods).
Pre-orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Note: All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility outside France and the European Union (unless otherwise stated). If delivery is refused due to unpaid duties, these fees will be deducted from your refund. Maïya cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels caused by international carriers.
