Shipping Policy

Processing & Preparation To estimate your total delivery time, please allow up to 48 hours for order preparation, in addition to the transit times listed below. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET), excluding public holidays. No shipments are dispatched on weekends.

Shipping Rates & Zones

  • FRANCE: Standard (2-4 days): €10 – Free over €300. (Taxes included).

  • EUROPEAN UNION: DHL Express (1-3 days): €25 / Standard (2-8 days): €15 – Free over €300. (Taxes included*).

  • USA: DHL Express (2-5 days): $25 – Free over $400 USD. (No tax < $800).

  • SWITZERLAND & FRENCH OVERSEAS: Standard (3-8 days): €20 – Free over €300.

  • REST OF THE WORLD: Express (3-5 days): €35 – Free over €400.

Verification & Order Changes Please ensure your billing details match your payment method to avoid verification delays. Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee any changes (address, items, or size). Please contact us immediately if you spot an error, but note that if the order is already in preparation, no changes can be made.

Delivery & Receipt

  • Signature Required: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Pre-orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us on the day of delivery at hello@maiyaparis.com, including photos of the packaging and the item.

Important Note Customs duties and taxes for countries outside the EU/France are the customer's responsibility. If a delivery is refused due to non-payment of these fees, the costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. Maïya cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery by international carriers.

Return Conditions We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and hygienic stickers.

  • Hygiene: For sanitary reasons, any item with a removed or moved hygienic sticker will be strictly refused.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Within 14 days: Refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • From 15 to 30 days: No refunds. Exchange or store credit only (valid for 1 year).

  • Shipping Fees: Free within France for exchanges. For refunds or international orders, shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customs (Non-EU): For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties or taxes incurred upon re-entry into France are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Procedure Send your package (tracked) to: JMC Studio - Julien Chiche, 157 avenue de Malakoff, 75116, Paris, France. Maïya is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for processing.
